Logo Design Contest
RID is an organization of Sign Language Interpreters. We will celebrate our 50th Anniversary at our 2014 Region I Conference this summer.
Our regional conference is a time when sign language interpreters gather to exchange ideas and learn from each other and the Deaf community so that we provide the best interpreting services we can.
We are pleased to announce a contest to design a conference logo that fits our 2014 RID Region I Conference Theme:
‘Weaving Golden Threads: A Tapestry for Tomorrow’
The winner will receive a T-shirt and Bag featuring the logo they submitted.
- Open to any Deaf or hard of hearing student in a grade school or a high school
- Located in Region I (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, WV)
Students must be Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
Complete and submit the Application with signature of the student’s parent or guardian.
All creations must be original and shall not include any copyrighted images.
Logo Submissions must be sent as a JPG or PNG file
Limit of one entry per student.
Send as an attachment to Region1Rep@rid.org
Submissions due by April 30, 2014 11:59 p.m. EST
All submissions become the property of RID, Inc. The winning submission will appear on all Region I Conference correspondence and promotional materials.
The name of the winner will be listed in the program book and announced at the conference.
