Core Team Meeting: April 12, 7:30-9pm  The core team,-being the president, VP,  secretary, treasurer, and CMP administrator- meet bimonthly to discuss MassRID business.  The position of VP is currently open.  Would you like to run and be part of the steering committee of MassRID?

Core Team and Regional Representatives Meeting:  The core team along with the regional representatives meet monthly as part of the core team's bi-monthly meetings.  If you have an item to bring to our attention, please email your regional representative.  You can find out who they are and their email addresses on the Board & Committees page.

FSU's ASL Program Advisory Board:  April 30th, 3-4:30pm  Framingham State University has asked MassRID to participate in their new advisory board, which pertains to both the Deaf Studies concentration and the ASL-English Interpreting concentration.  If you want more information please contact Ami Slater, our current representative for this board. cmp@massrid.org

Hello MassRID community,

Well, 2020 is officially halfway behind us. We are reaching out to you with an invitation and a reminder.

General Meeting:
On Thursday, July 16, 2020 7:00pm-9:00pm EST we will be hosting an online General Meeting. In this meeting we aim to address four things:

• Current status of MassRID & National RID,
• Executive Board and Region Representative elections,
• New Executive Board for Fall 2020,
• Discussion of MassRID's Constitution and Bylaws.

We will have three people from National RID joining this meeting:

• Dr. Carolyn Ball, Affiliate Chapter Liaison
• Neal Tucker, Director of Member Services and Government Affairs
• Jason Farr, Region 1 Representative
